Ideal Daily Bundle Omega-3and CoQ10
First off I do like these vitamins. I feel like they are good quality and I like that they are in a packet for easy travel. Price is right. My honest review is: The Cal- Mag vitamin is way too big! Makes me gag, and there are two of them in the pack. I cut it in half and just take one of the halfs. The Omega-3 is way too big! I gag on it (and it taste like very strong orange peel oil) but I guess it's better then smelling like fish. Don't take it with coffee because its not a good combo. The B Complex is good, usually makes me nauseous but this one is fine. Vit C is Good. Vit E, D and A are good. Multi Mineral is good CoQ10 is good B1 is Good I would buy again. Good value for the price :)
