How to Make the Ideal Cal-Mag Drink

The Ideal Cal-Mag Drink Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon VitalBulk Calcium Gluconate 9%

½ Teaspoon VitalBulk Magnesium Carbonate 29%

1 Tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - Room Temperature (No Refrigeration Required)

Preparation:

Step 1. Mix together Calcium Gluconate, Magnesium Carbonate, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and allow product at least five minutes for chemical reaction to occur.

Step 2. While the mixed products are reacting begin boiling enough water for 4 fluid ounces of boiled water.

Step 3. Add 4 ounces of boiling water to product mixture and stir until clear.

Step 4. Once mixture is clear add 4 ounces of chilled or room temperature water. Allow mixture to cool before consuming.

Step 5. Consume and enjoy the mixture throughout the day.

Due to the dense nature of these two minerals VitalBulk’s Cal-Mag requires more time to react with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

If Calcium Magnesium mixture is cloudy try one of these two options:

1. Add small amounts of vinegar until mixture clears.

2. Start again and allow more reaction time for the Calcium Gluconate, Magnesium Carbonate, and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
