My doctor recommended I take omegas for inflammation. I got these because they are the dosing he suggested and were inexpensive. I’ve been taking these for a while now and have noticed a big difference in my hands being less tight and overall higher energy. Winner in my book.

These are good quality Omega-3 supplements. I've cut them open to smell the oil to see if it has a rancid smell. A very casual test. Nonetheless, they do not have a bad smell whatsoever. I am happy to buy these anytime.
