Other Ingredients: Lactose, cellulose, acacia gum, and calcium stearate.

Great minerals for the heat.

As an air conditioning technician these are a life saver in the heat. Sometimes water is just not enough! There have been many times when I felt heat exhaustion creeping up on me, so I took some of these and I felt much better almost instantly after they disolved fully.
