The sale tablets are perfect for handling all things heat related. I take at least 500mg or 1 salt tablet daily. I live in Southern California and it is dry most of the year and then blazing hot for several months. These have been a game changer in addressing over heating and being dehydrated. I think these would a good addition to anyone in a dry and/or hot clime.
