    My B12 is low because I eat vegetarian and gluten/grain free. This particular B12 is easy to take because it tastes good and has moved the needle significantly on my blood marker for B12

    This really works! I love the combination of Vitamins B12 and B6. Tastes great. NOTE: As per instructions on bottle, SHAKE WELL before use. Every time.
