If I feel something funny or a bit off with my throat or my body in general, I take this plus some Vit C for a week. Good as new after. Of course drinking water and trying to get a good night of sleep. Works for me.
I use this if I'm feeling a cold or flu coming and it helps! Feels like a good quality product to me as it has been helping!!
The product itself seems fine but it leaves a very strong aftertaste. If they could fix that it would be great
