This is an excellent magnesium powder. Great way to get the magnesium I need into my diet. It dissolves well and I even sprinkle a little on my salads now.
I depend on good magnesium carbonate to balance my daily nutrition. This product works the best. I had trouble with other brands of magnesium carbonate (even the pharmaceutical grade powder I bought from the pharmacist). They would not dissolve in water, leading me to believe they were of inferior quality. I figured this out after I bought the Vital Bulk brand, and it dissolves instantly in water as directed. This is immensely helpful if a person wants to get any benefit from using this supplement. The staff is very friendly and helpful and deliver what is needed and wanted so my verdict? SOLD on an excellent product.
Easy to dissolve in apple cider. Packaging has a measuring cup. Highly recommended.
It was exactly what I wanted. And it came with a perfectly sized scoop for making cal-mag! But I noticed that if you just use the scoop as is when you make cal-mag, it's too packed and leaves undissolved powder at the bottom, so you have to empty and then rescoop up some magnesium. Still perfect, though!
